Who you are writing to
We are a father and a daughter. There is no support queue and no ticket number. If something is wrong with your portrait, the person who reads that email is the person who built it.
What helps us fix things faster
- Your order number, if you have it
- Which format you ordered — digital, print, or framed
- For a damaged or misprinted piece, a photograph
None of that is required. Write however you like and we will work it out.
A few answers before you write
Your digital portrait has not arrived. It is emailed within minutes of ordering. Check your spam folder first, then email us and we will resend it.
You entered the wrong birth details. Tell us as soon as you notice. If a physical order has not gone to print yet we can usually correct it at no cost. The full rules are in our Return and Refund Policy.
Your parcel is late or missing. Every physical order ships with tracking. Email us and we will trace it, and reprint it if it is genuinely gone.
Where we sell. Prints and framed pieces ship within the United States only. Digital portraits are available worldwide, except in the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Norway. Our Shipping & Delivery page explains why.
