Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and CelestialKinThreads, operated by John Little, 6514 Dick Pond Rd #1096, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina 29588-9277, United States. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to them.
1. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you are.
2. What you are buying
Each portrait is an original piece created for one person, from the birth details you supply. It combines an astronomical chart calculated for that date, time and place with written interpretive text.
Our portraits are for entertainment and personal reflection only. Nothing in a reading is medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind, and it should not be relied on in place of advice from a qualified professional. Do not use a portrait to make decisions about your health, your money, your legal position, or your relationships.
The astronomical positions are calculated precisely. The interpretive writing is exactly that — interpretation.
3. The details you give us
Your portrait is built entirely from the birth date, birth time and birth place you enter. Please check them before ordering. If they are wrong, the chart will be correct for what was entered and wrong for the person, and that is not a defect in the product.
What happens in that case is set out in our Return and Refund Policy.
If you are ordering for someone else — a gift portrait, or a couples portrait — you confirm that you have that person's permission to give us their birth details and their name.
4. Where we sell
- Prints and framed pieces — United States only. A United States shipping address is required at checkout; we cannot ship a print or a framed piece anywhere else.
- Digital portraits — United States only at present. We intend to sell worldwide and are working through what each country actually requires before we open it. Where that stands is set out on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Checkout will not accept an address outside the United States. If an order somehow reaches us from a country we do not serve, we will cancel it and refund it in full.
5. Orders, prices and payment
All prices are in United States dollars. Placing an order is an offer to buy; the order is accepted when we confirm it by email.
We may refuse or cancel any order, including after it has been paid for, and will refund it in full if we do. Reasons include a payment we cannot verify, an order our fraud checks flag as high risk, an address we cannot ship to, an obvious pricing error, or a request that appears to breach these terms.
We try to keep prices and descriptions accurate. If something is listed at an obviously wrong price, we are not obliged to honour it.
6. Delivery
Digital portraits are usually delivered by email within minutes of ordering. We aim to deliver every digital portrait within 24 hours; if yours is delayed beyond that, we will contact you.
Prints and framed pieces are produced to order and shipped within the United States. Current production and transit times are on our Shipping & Delivery page.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns, refunds, replacements and cancellations are governed entirely by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Where the two differ, the Return and Refund Policy applies.
8. Your privacy
How we handle your personal information, including your birth details and who we share them with, is set out in our Privacy Policy.
9. What you may do with your portrait
Your portrait is yours to keep, print, display, and share with friends and family. That is the whole point of it.
What you may not do is resell it, redistribute it commercially, or use it as artwork in a product of your own.
10. What belongs to us
The layout, design, typography, chart artwork, interpretive writing, and the wording on this website are our intellectual property. Buying a portrait gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to keep and display that portrait. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying design or text, and it does not give you the right to reproduce them in other work.
You may not copy our readings, scrape this site, resell our writing, or use our material to build or train a competing product or service.
None of this restricts the personal use and sharing described in Section 9. Posting your own portrait on social media, showing it to friends, or hanging it on your wall is exactly what it is for.
11. Using this website
Please do not attempt to interfere with the site or the systems behind it, place orders by automated means, submit deliberately false information, or use the site for anything unlawful. We may refuse service to anyone who does.
12. Availability
We aim to keep the site and our order system running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Parts of the process depend on third parties, and outages happen. If an outage delays your order, we will get it to you as soon as we can.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We are not liable for any decision you make on the basis of a reading, or for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or affects any rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of that state — without affecting any consumer protections you are entitled to where you live.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order, and the “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
16. Attribution
Astrological data and charts on this site are generated using AstrologerAPI, an open-source third-party service licensed under AGPL v3. Source code: github.com/g-battaglia/Astrologer-API
