Everything is printed and posted from the United States, and every piece is made after you order it.

Digital portraits

Delivered by email, usually within minutes of ordering. Nothing ships, so there is no delivery charge. If yours has not arrived within 24 hours, email us.

United States only at present. Selling a digital portrait across a border carries tax and privacy obligations that begin at the very first sale, and we would rather stay out of a market than handle one badly. We intend to sell worldwide and are working through what each country actually requires before we open it. Where that stands is set out on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Prints and framed pieces

United States only. A United States shipping address is required at checkout.

Shipping is free on every physical order.

Because your portrait is calculated and printed for you, it takes 1 to 3 business days to produce before it ships, then 2 to 3 days in transit. In practice most orders arrive within 5 to 8 business days, and framed pieces can take a little longer because of the framing step.

You will receive an email with a tracking number the moment your portrait is on its way.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel is lost, damaged, or does not arrive when it should, see our Return and Refund Policy — we will trace it, and reprint it if it is genuinely gone.
